3. Quote the work Removal, trapping, sealing and cleanup are priced in writing before work starts.

4. Close it up Get them out, seal the route they used, and reduce the chance they return.

Yes. Inspections are free in the normal service area. If a property is outside that area, any fee is discussed before scheduling.

Yes. Solace checks for young before the last hole is sealed and before the warranty goes into effect.

Removal alone usually is not enough. After the inspection we quote sealing and repairs for the openings that let the raccoon in.

Sanitation and biowaste removal is available when needed and starts at $200. The scope depends on how much contamination is there.
